Certificates stay with the right people.

Lookup and sharing are public-facing by design — and gated. A name in a search box is not enough. Codes expire. Every issued copy carries a unique hash that ties it back to Certifiable and to the organization that issued it.

Prove it is your email

Attendees go to lookup and enter the email from the event. We send a 6-digit code that lasts 10 minutes. The page does not tell strangers whether that email is in the system. After the code, they can view and download their certificates.

Share

Send a board or employer a copy

Sharing emails a private link and a one-time 6-digit code to the person you choose. They need both. The share lasts 24 hours and works once. After that, send a new one.

On demand

No public folder of PDFs

Certificates are generated when someone with a valid code or emailed link asks for them. Organization email links expire in 24 hours. Issued records stay with the event and the issuing organization — they are not sitting in a directory anyone can browse.

A hash on every certificate

Each PDF is printed with the Certifiable mark and a unique hash, like the one on the corner of the credential. That ID is stored with the attendee and the issuer — West Virginia Municipal League, Family Medicine Foundation of WV, and every other account. Lookup and admin use it to verify the copy is a Certifiable certificate from that organization, not a one-off PDF.
